My name is Justin Frye and I’m an independent infrastructure engineer operating as Randoneering, LLC. I help startups and small businesses build, improve, and stabilize the systems their business depends on.
Some teams need to build from scratch. Some need to clean up an environment that grew fast and never got enough structure. Some need a staff engineer to step in for a season and help them get through a migration, reliability issue, or operational mess without making a full-time hire.
That’s the work I do.
I focus on practical infrastructure work: cloud environments, automation, systems design, operational cleanup, and the documentation teams need to maintain what gets built. I come in, figure out what matters, do the work, and leave your team in a better position than I found it.
